Our company relies heavily on your product, but we are facing a significant problem related to the way Google Ads tracking is functioning in the panel.
The issue pertains to how the plugin calculates and reports the order amount when a customer makes an advance payment. Currently, the plugin is tracking and reporting the received order amount as the advance payment itself, which is causing substantial inaccuracies in our advertising campaigns. For example, if a product costs ₹3000 and the customer makes an advance payment of ₹200, Google Ads is incorrectly tracking this as a ₹200 order, instead of the actual ₹3000 product value.
To rectify this issue, we have implemented an additional plugin for cash-on-delivery (COD) transactions. With this new plugin, the advance payment tracking works as expected, and the actual order value is correctly reported to Google Ads.
We are reaching out to you with the hope that you can investigate this problem and provide a solution. Accurate tracking and reporting of order values are vital for our advertising efforts, and the current situation is causing financial losses and a lack of trust in the data provided by the WooSmart COD plugin.
