Almost a month since I reported the issue and 11 days since your last reply that “an update may be available today” and still there’s not even a single response.
You honestly need to improve your support handling process.
Your support response and resolution is so slow that I can’t rely on your plugin for my new client’s website.
This issue is happening again with order status “Pending Payment”. If the order is in pending-payment status, the user can go to My Account > Orders, then click “Pay” button and bypass any COD restrictions.
Please issue a fix for this.
Hey, thank you for the update. So it seems fixed. Customer are now redirected to the Cart page when they cancel the transaction at the payment gateway.
I’ve accidentally found this bug that if they proceed to checkout from this Cart page and cancel the transaction again, the Order is marked as Received. To reproduce it step by step, try this with the login credentials that I’ll email you separately.
1. Add products to cart. To enable COD, make sure that the total is above ₹1,000.
2. Proceed to checkout.
3. Check the Cash on Delivery, and select “CCAvenue” as the payment gateway.
4. Proceed to pay.
5. On the payment gateway site, cancel the transaction.
6. You’re redirected back to the cart page. Internally, an order is created and cancelled properly.
7. Repeat the step 2-5 again and this time, a new order will be created and marked as received even after you’ve cancelled the transaction.Expected result is that the new order should be marked “Cancelled” again since the user cancelled the transaction.
But thanks again for the update. Took time but you technically fixed it. Waiting for this one to be fixed too.
I installed this plugin on the website. It’s still letting the user bypass the COD after transaction fails. I’ll share the screenshots via email today.
EDIT: The prerelease version is currently installed on the website. I also see these errors repeated in the PHP error_log file.

It has been 9 days. Is there any update that fixes this bug? My client has started bombarding me with calls since I told them what you told (5-7 days).
I’ve not been able to use this plugin on my client site since I purchased it 2 months ago (17 Dec, 2020). Please help.
