Hello,
Thanks for sending the settings we confirm that we received them.
We see that you set the option to “Enable” instead of “Disable” in this specific categories.
Is this indented? Should you switch this to “Disable” instead?

Also can you please describe the behavior you want to achieve?

Let us provide an example to elaborate.
If the customer has two products in the cart. Product A is in Category A which the COD is enabled and Product B is in Category B which the COD is disabled.
Do you want the COD to be enabled or disabled in this case?
