To be honest we just checked and it works as expected.Restictions – Setting name = “Enable/Disable for this cart range” – This setting restricts the COD as a payment method
Extra fees – Extra fee restrictions (pencil) – This setting restricts the COD FEE.Can you please confirm that it is indeed working as expected in your side ?

Unfortunately although WooCommerce included their “fix”, it had a problem as well.
We again communicated with them and explained them the issue.
Since we don’t want to wait WooCommerce any more we will find a way to release a fix from our side.

They created a FIX for this and they will include in their next update.

This is on WooCommerce side, they already created a fix for that and they we will release it in the next version.
For now can you downgrade to WooCommerce 10.0.4.This is due to latest WooCommerce version (10.1.0).
They introduced a bug.
We are working to release a workaround for now and the same time we are going to open an issue on WooCommerce.

It is not missing, it just changed and became more powerful.
You have to click the pencil in the extra fee row and then add a cart range that this FEE will be applicable.
For example ENABLE in cart range 0 – 100 means that for cart’s over 100 euros, the COD fee will become 0.Check the following screenshot.
