What should be the correct amount?
I can see that you set a 10% risk free amount.
If you want this to be 10% of the final cart total you have to check all those options.

Let us know if this solves the issue.

Regarding 1 is strange, our plugin is not interfere with the order confirmation message.
About 2 we have to check this out.
