Purchase, annual licence and renewal

How do I buy PRO?

Choose the store capacity you need and complete the annual purchase through secure checkout. The price, applicable tax and terms are shown before confirmation. The interactive demo is available without registration so you can try the settings before buying.

What does an annual licence and renewal include?

All plans have the same PRO features and differ in store capacity. The annual licence covers use, updates, support and connected services for the paid period. The launch discount applies to the first year; the regular annual renewal price is shown on each plan. You can stop automatic renewal from your account.

Which plan do I need?

Single covers 1 store, Agency up to 10 and Agency Plus up to 20. All include the same PRO features. For a plan change or help with capacity, contact support before proceeding; avoid buying a second licence by mistake.

Does cancelling renewal refund my payment?

No. Cancellation stops the next automatic renewal and access continues until the end of your paid period. Refunds must be requested separately under the 14-day guarantee terms for an eligible first purchase.

What are the terms of the 14-day guarantee?

If PRO is not right for your store, you can request a full refund of your eligible first purchase. This voluntary commercial guarantee has the following terms:

Applies only to your first new annual PRO licence purchase. Renewals, plan upgrades and subsequent licence purchases by the same customer are excluded.
Available once per customer or business. A different email address, account or plan does not create another entitlement to the commercial guarantee after a previous refund.
Email info@woosmartcod.com within 14 calendar days of the first successful payment, using the purchase email address and including the order or transaction reference.
The full amount paid for the eligible purchase, including applicable VAT, is refunded to the original payment method, without an administration-fee deduction.
Once the refund is completed, the related licence and its renewal are cancelled. Rights to use that licence and its associated PRO services, updates and support end.
Cancelling automatic renewal does not request a refund. A guarantee refund must be requested separately within the deadline above.

These restrictions apply only to the voluntary commercial guarantee. They do not limit any mandatory withdrawal, conformity or refund rights under applicable law.

After purchase

Download the plugin from your account, install it in WordPress and connect your subscription through Smart COD PRO under the WooCommerce menu. Approve the store in your account and return to WordPress.
